Become a Corporate Tax stream leader as part of a National service line, based in their Reading office, with Partner progression built into the business case for this new hire.
You can retain any current client and sector focus you like, without having to be London based. There is a succession plan in place and so Partner promotion and Equity are available for the right, motivated candidate.
Clients range from International Large Corporates to OMB and entrepreneurial companies, so the variety and freedom to select your preference is unparalleled in a top firm.
Ideally you will have the following background
- ACA / ACCA qualified, or equivalent (CTA would be advantageous)
- Specialist in UK Corporate Tax with a mixture of compliance and advisory experience
- Open and approachable, taking the time to listen to views and ideas of others
- Ability to people manage, focusing on building and developing individuals and being able to identify existing talent within the team
- Passion for business development and ability to identify potential fee-earning opportunities
