Mortgage Advisor

Overview

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150-advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co and Intercounty.

The roles available are either Employed or Self Employed, with all leads provided by the Estate Agency branch/branches we partner with (details below).

This role would support the Davis Tate estate agency businesses in Reading and Pangbourne.

The roles available are either full office working or hybrid working.

• Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000 DOE, negotiable with an OTE of £70,000+
• If the advisor prefers the self-employed role, then the splits are 70% on self-gen with the leads provided at 45%

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.

The PRIMIS network of ARs offers Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues, including Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, High Street Estate Agency support, online Brokers, New Build specialists with housing developers, and online Estate Agency.
