Key Responsibilities- Act as the lead broker for The Mortgage League as the business grows
- Write and manage your own mortgage and protection business to a high professional standard
- Grow and maintain a personal client base through referrals and network development
- Provide guidance and leadership on advice standards and client handling as new advisers join
- Support and help develop advisers recruited under your wing as the team expands
- Influence the structure and development of the advisory team and operating model
- Uphold compliance, regulatory standards, and professional conduct at all times
- Self-employed structure
- 80% commission of self generated business and 70% on provided leads
- Additional commission on protection, conveyancing and general insurance referrals
- Established brand credibility you can leverage while building your own personal brand
- Centralised compliance, systems, and regulatory support
- Lead generation support through partnerships, clinics, and network activity
- No sales targets, quotas, or arbitrary KPIs
- Autonomy over your diary, workload, and client relationships

- Long-term, sustainable model focused on quality advice rather than volume
- CeMAP or CII Cert MP qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a mortgage adviser
- Clean compliance record
