Are you good with numbers and have a keen eye for detail? As a Cashier at Grosvenor Casino, you’ll manage transactions quickly and efficiently, ensuring the cash desk operation runs smoothly so customers can maximize their gaming experience. You will help maintain customer confidentiality, provide first-class customer service, and demonstrate high integrity along with strong emotional intelligence and social skills. You’ll work with a supportive team, and we’ll help you gain the skills to level up to Head Cashier.

• Handle cash and chips accurately; ensure the cash desk balances
• Maintain compliance with cash desk legislation and pass related competency tests
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers, management, and colleagues

• Attention to detail and high numerical accuracy
• Understanding of cash desk legislation and competency requirements
• Great social and communication skills to meet customer needs and interact with the team

this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK. Previous experience in the casino industry and holding a valid Personal Functional Licence is preferable.
