Corporate Receptionist - Part Time

Seeking all those who have experience working Corporate Reception or Office Manager roles, working in a team, maintaining an immaculate front of house and delivering exceptional guest experience.

You will be working at a vibrant and bustling business park in Winnersh, Reading - easily commutable from Wokingham. You will be the face of the building, ensuring the front of house is immaculate and guests are warmly welcomed.

This is a part time role working 20 hours, 4 days per week Monday to Thursday, with a full-time salary of £26-28,000 which is pro rata for 20 hours £14-15,000. Start and finish times are pretty flexible, so this could be the perfect job for someone wanting school hours, for example!

• Maintain an immaculate front of house and deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Act as the face of the building, ensuring guests are warmly welcomed.
• Conduct safety inspections, oversee contractors on site, and check work permits.

• Plenty of previous experience in customer / client-facing roles.
• Committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Exposure to building operations / facilities management (e.g., safety inspections, overseeing contractors, checking work permits) is desirable.
• Related qualifications such as First Aid or Fire Marshal are an advantage.
