Field Service Engineer – Large Format Printers / Cutting Systems
£37,500 plus package
We’re partnering with a market-leading supplier of premium large format print and digital cutting technology to recruit a personable, technically strong Field Service Engineer to join their growing expert team.

The Role
This is a dual-focus position combining engineering expertise with customer training and relationship building.
You will:
Install, commission, and maintain high-end large format printers and cutting systems
Deliver structured, hands-on training to operators (hardware and software)
Support market-leading technologies including EFI, Canon, Mimaki and similar platforms
Provide guidance on RIP and workflow software such as Onyx, Caldera, Enfocus and Fiery
Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and preventative maintenance
Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers maximise uptime and productivity
What They’re Looking For
Proven experience servicing large format print and/or digital finishing equipment
Strong fault-finding and electro-mechanical troubleshooting ability
Confidence delivering training and communicating with operators and production teams
Working knowledge of RIP software, colour management and workflow optimisation
Full UK driving licence
Flexibility to travel across the South / Home Counties, with occasional wider UK travel
