Salary & Benefits- £70,000 - £75,000 per annum

- Pre‑commissioning and commissioning BEMS systems & control panels
- Proving integration between BEMS and M&E systems
- Working across mechanical systems (air, hydraulic, FCUs, chilled beams)
- Supporting electrical systems including metering, lighting, fire, security & smart tech
- Reading and interpreting deliverables, interface matrices, network drawings, point schedules & technical specs
- Ensuring smooth handover of fully operational BEMS systems
- Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Strong experience delivering BEMS systems, ideally Schneider/Tridium
- Experience with BACnet and/or Modbus
- Confident working with software, graphics and system integration
- Valid CSCS or ECS card
