Quality Engineer

Overview

Our client is currently looking for a Quality Engineer that will be based within the Reading area. The role can be worked Outside of IR35 and offers rates commensurate with experience.

• Provide technical administration support to the Aurora Engineering team as a primary focus, and across the Integro programme when possible.
• Assist the EM in managing, controlling and monitoring the distribution of information and collation of comments within the review cycle.
• Assist the EM in scheduling and deconflicting meetings, reviews and demonstrations.
• Report to the AWE engineering manager on the task.
• Meeting and review scheduling.
• Document review coordination.
• Technical secretary recording and drafting of minutes; issue document transmittals.
• Manage the Collaborative Working process and monitor its use and effectiveness.
• Own and maintain the document and review tracker matrix.
• Facilitate and coordinate information reviews in line with corporate policies and procedures.
• Support management access to programme systems (e.g., SharePoint sites and libraries, Teams sites and Meridian).
• Clearly report progress and issues as required by Engineering Team management.

• Experience of working within Meridian EDMS
• Clear, concise communication skills
• Ability to develop good customer/supplier working relationships at all levels
• Able to handle changes effectively and to focus on achievement
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• SC clearance required.
