Hvac Engineer

Our client is looking for an established Service Engineer, this role will work with the wider engineering team on a variety of HVAC projects and will actively contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work independently across split/multi split systems, DX and CW FCUs

* Compile dilapidation reports

* Complete works on VRV and VRF condensers and CRAC units independently

* Carry out PPM visits and repair works.

* Complete advanced fault finding

* Ensure accurate reports of work are on time and to a high standard.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.

* Develop understanding Health and Safety regulations

General Responsibilities:

* To commit to own personal development and attend training and/or development activities as required.

* To work in accordance with relevant legislation

* To undertake any other duties and required, and as appropriate to the post.

Desired Skillset and Characteristics:

* Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent

* Category 1 F Gas qualification or equivalent

* Full driving licence

* Ability to collaborate effectively with both the engineering team and office team

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

* Good attention to detail

* High level of self-motivation

* Ability to utilise manufacturers service software

* A sound understanding of data and how it is used.

* Ability to work on other types of equipment such as chillers, AHUs and refrigeration is desirable
