• Own and grow relationships with an assigned UK customer base
• Drive new business opportunities and support product development initiatives
• Work closely with engineering, production, quality and purchasing teams internally

Engineering or related technical qualification - (HND or higher)

Sales experience (technical/engineering industry preferred)

Strong technical understanding and ability to translate customer needs

Excellent written & verbal communication skills — presentations, meetings, email & calls

• Self-motivated, professional, and organised
• Confident building relationships and influencing others
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Culturally aware and open to international collaboration
• Able to support a design process from concept through to production
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally
