The company holds a leading market share in the supply and maintenance of Bespoke electromechanical products.

The role will cover mainly the M1 corridor, so ideally you will be based around Reading, Watford or Luton.

Salary: up to £35,000

• Arrive onsite at your first call of the day by 9am.
• Maintain a flexible attitude toward long distances and be willing to stay overnight away from home as required.
• Clear all quarterly PMs on individual areas.
• Assist with clearing PMs on vacant areas with the aim of achieving a company quarterly zero PM position.
• Achieve and maintain company breakdown SLA targets.
• Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, timely, and in a cost‑effective manner.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum 75% first‑time‑fix rate.
• Respond to urgent requests for assistance out of area as required.

• Good electrical/mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of electronics.
• Strong fault diagnosis skills and a structured approach, able to prioritise and allocate tasks as required.
• Ability to achieve quarterly/yearly supplies and contribution sales targets.
• Capable of generating a good level of leads.
• Structured and organized approach.
• Competent use of PCs and email.
• Good interpersonal and empathy‑building skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
