NRL is working in partnership with a leading provider of technical, facilities management, regeneration, and energy services. As such NRL are currently recruiting for a Mobile Water Treatment Technician (Tier
2) to join our client’s team on a permanent basis, to be based out of a modern and contemporary office in Reading.

As the Mobile Water Treatment Technician
, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of water treatment systems across various sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits using appropriate tools and systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently to maintain optimal system performance.
• Performing closed water system analytical tests, interpreting results, and carrying out necessary remediation works.

• City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) relevant to the role and Tier grading.
• Proven post‑qualification experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of water treatment systems and processes.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidance, including Water Supply Regulations / Byelaws L8 ACOP HSG
  274 Other applicable industry standards.

• Excellent fault diagnosis and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret water analysis results and implement corrective actions.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (essential for mobile role).
