Electrical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a large mixed-use development project, incorporating residential, commercial, and communal spaces. This is a key leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee all electrical works on site from installation through to testing and handover

* Ensure full compliance with current BS 7671, health & safety regulations, and project specifications

* Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme and quality standards

* Take responsibility for inspection, testing, certification, and commissioning

* Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues

* Maintain accurate documentation, test results, and O&M manuals

* Drive high standards of workmanship and site safety

Electrical Manager Requirements

* Proven experience in an Electrical Manager / Electrical Supervisor role

* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) – essential

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

* Strong knowledge of mixed development projects

* SMSTS or SSSTS

* Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
