Location:
Slough, Theale, or West London. This role is mobile and predominantly field based, requiring your base "home" location to be within 30 minutes of our depots listed above.
Salary: £34,749 - £40,939 plus a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family:
- 37 hour working week.
- Up to £6,681 for overtime payments and up to £3,481 for standby payments, giving you a potential of £10,162 extra per year (subject to qualifications).
- Full PPE and tools required for the position.
- Access to a company vehicle.

We’re looking for a Tree Cutting Quality & Safety Inspector (QSI) to join our team. You should be organised, skilled, and have a great eye for detail, taking pride in your work and wanting to make a real difference. You’ll be safety‑minded and proactive in how you approach each task.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for checking the work carried out by our arborists and tree cutters to ensure it meets SSEN clearance specifications and our high standards for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management with site inspections on completed works.
- Conducting on‑site safety audits and data reporting.
- Customer liaison and support of planned customer interruptions.
- Surveying, consenting and provision of associated job packs.
- Utility arboriculture knowledge and experience, including UA5.1/5.2.
- Be safety and customer focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest and implement improvements.
- IT literate, with proficiency in the Office 365 suite of applications.
- Hold a full, clean, manual driving licence.
