Are you a flexible and committed educator with QTS, looking for a full‑time role in Reading? Teaching Personnel is recruiting SEN Teachers to work across Primary/Secondary Schools and SEN provisions, supporting students with a range of additional needs.

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS1‑KS4, tailored to SEN learners
• Provide cover across a variety of subjects and classrooms
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with SENCOs and support staff to meet individual needs
• Contribute to the wider school community and pastoral care

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience or interest in working with students with SEN (e.g. ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the updated service (or willingness to apply)
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
