A forward‑thinking specialist school in Reading is seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate to join their team full‑time. This long‑term opportunity is ideal for graduates looking to gain practical experience before pursuing further training in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, or Teaching.
The school supports pupils aged 4‑18 with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties. You will work alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals in a therapeutic and structured educational setting.

Reading - Salary: £89‑£100 per day
- Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm - Start Date:
ASAP - Ideal for:
Psychology graduates seeking experience in mental health, SEN, or child development
- Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
- Observe and learn from experienced SEN and therapy staff
- Help create a positive, structured learning environment
- Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils
This Psychology Graduate position is an excellent foundation role for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, Youth Workers, or Teachers. You'll gain invaluable frontline experience working directly with children who require additional emotional and educational support.
