Do you have a strong interest in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)? A specialist SEN school in Reading is seeking a dedicated ASD Support Assistant to work with pupils who benefit from structured routines, personalised support, and a calm, understanding approach to learning. As an ASD Support Assistant, you'll help pupils manage sensory needs, develop communication skills, and build confidence both in and out of the classroom.

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group ASD support
• Supporting routines, transitions, and emotional regulation
• Encouraging communication, social skills, and independence
• Implementing behaviour and sensory support strategies
• Working closely with SEN teachers and specialist staff

Location:

Reading

Pay: £89-£100 per day

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

Start: ASAP

Contract:

Long-term, full-time
