An inclusive and well-resourced SEN school in Reading is looking for a committed Autism Support Assistant to join their supportive team. This full-time role offers invaluable experience for those looking to pursue a career in psychology, therapy, or special education.

You will be supporting pupils aged 5–16 with Autism Spectrum Condition, many of whom have additional needs such as ADHD, anxiety, and communication difficulties. The school focuses on providing a calm, structured, and predictable environment to help pupils feel safe and confident.

• Delivering tailored 1:1 support
• Assisting with social skills development
