The school caters for children and young people with complex learning difficulties, Autism, physical disabilities, communication needs, and medical needs. Many pupils require tailored learning approaches and personalised care to thrive in their education.

  Graduates in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or individuals passionate about SEN support

• Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assist with personalised learning programmes
• Provide support with communication and sensory regulation
• Help with personal care where required
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals

This Complex Needs Teaching Assistant role provides exceptional hands‑on experience within a specialist educational setting and is ideal for aspiring Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, SEN Teachers, or Clinical Psychologists.
