The role of the SEN Teacher is for a dedicated and experienced teacher who has previously worked with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated needs. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of your class. You will work closely with support staff, therapists and parents to ensure pupils make progress academically, socially and emotionally.

The School is based in Reading and caters for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and additional complex needs. The school provides a structured and supportive learning environment, with small class sizes and a strong focus on communication and life skills. Staff benefit from regular CPD and a supportive leadership team.
