Salary: £32,000 - £45,350 Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (plus 1 Saturday in 7 for fun weekend activities)

About the RoleYou’ll be part of a warm, skilled and enthusiastic team supporting children aged 8‑19 with severe learning difficulties and non‑verbal communication needs. This setting operates as a home‑based learning environment - no classrooms, no traditional structure instead, learning happens through play, exploration and real‑life experiences across the whole waking day.
Every moment is a teaching moment. Every day is an opportunity to help a child grow.
You will lead a small group of 4‑5 children, supported by a dedicated team, ensuring their integrated education and care needs are met. You’ll monitor plans, guide staff, recommend training and play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging developmental environment.
What You’ll Bring- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum & differentiation
- Experience with autism and severe learning difficulties
- Positive Behaviour Support knowledge
- Creativity and problem‑solving skills
- A desire to help children achieve meaningful, functional outcomes
- Experience or interest in PROACT‑SCIPr‑UK (training available)
