Salary: £32,000 - £45,350 Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (plus 1 Saturday in 7 for fun weekend activities)

Are you a passionate, creative and dedicated teacher looking for a role where you can genuinely change lives? This is more than a teaching job - it's an opportunity to help children with profound autism build confidence, learn life skills, and experience the world in meaningful ways.

You’ll be part of a warm, skilled and enthusiastic team supporting children aged 8‑19 with severe learning difficulties and non‑verbal communication needs. This setting operates as a home‑based learning environment - no classrooms, no traditional structure instead, learning happens through play, exploration and real‑life experiences across the whole waking day.

You will lead a small group of 4‑5 children, supported by a dedicated team, ensuring their integrated education and care needs are met. You’ll monitor plans, guide staff, recommend training and play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging developmental environment.

• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum & differentiation
• Experience with autism and severe learning difficulties
• Positive Behaviour Support knowledge
• Creativity and problem‑solving skills
• A desire to help children achieve meaningful, functional outcomes
• Experience or interest in PROACT‑SCIPr‑UK (training available)
