As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide classroom support to the class teacher and pupils
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
• Support pupils with additional needs (SEND)
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Assist with planning, resources, and classroom activities
• Build strong, supportive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• A genuine passion for supporting young people's development
• Willingness to undertake training where required
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
