Teaching Assistant Level 3– Reception & KS1 Phonics

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant committed and passionate about Early Years provision and is able to provide high quality support. • can deliver high quality teaching and learning
• has a good understanding of synthetic phonics
• has had experience teaching Little Wandle
• is able to assist in planning, preparation and delivery of lessons
• can deliver specific support to raise the attainment of under-performing children and groups
• can work independently to deliver, monitor and evaluate the success of interventions
• is able to work effectively as part of a team
• has excellent communication skills and is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
• will be willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community.

We require candidates with a minimum of Level 3 Education and Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification.
