• Working closely with the class teacher to support learning
• Leading targeted reading sessions to help improve pupil progress

• Previous UK primary school experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of the UK curriculum
• Proven experience leading group reading interventions
• Ability to support pupils' learning both 1:1 and in small groups
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about supporting children's development
