A specialist school in Reading is offering an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to work closely with pupils who face social, emotional, and mental health challenges. This role bridges academic theory and real-world practice, making it an excellent foundation for future postgraduate training.

• In this Psychology Graduate role, you'll support pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, anxiety, SEMH, and trauma-related behaviours, helping them build confidence, emotional resilience, and engagement with learning.
• Applying psychological principles in an educational setting
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Assisting with personalised support plans and interventions
• Working alongside SEN teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams
