Overview
Team Leader (Room-Based) | 2 Year Olds
Location: Cedar Park Day Nursery, Twyford (RG10 9PP
)
Contract: Fixed-term (912 months) | 37.540 hours per week | 52 weeks per year
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, varied shifts between 07:30-18:30
Salary: £34,736 £ 35,422.40 per annum (pro-rata)
£16.70 £ 17.03 per hour

You are a confident and experienced early years professional who:
- Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
- Has at least two years experience working within an early years setting
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to act as a Key Person
- Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging learning opportunities tailored to two-year-olds
- Observes, assesses, and records childrens development to support progress and outcomes
- Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
- Is a collaborative and inspiring leader, able to motivate and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding care and reach their full potential
