This full-time role involves teaching and supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties, within a nurturing and well-structured environment.

This SEN Class Teacher role is ideal for a qualified teacher who is motivated to make a meaningful impact on pupils' academic, emotional, and social development.

  SEN Class Teacher
• Location: Reading
• Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Start Date: ASAP
• Age Group: Primary-aged pupils
• Suitable for: QTS-qualified teachers with SEN or inclusive education experience (or a strong interest in SEN)

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
• Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development
• Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals
• Contributing to EHCP targets, reviews, and personalised learning plans
