Lets Play is looking for an individual to lead and deliver sports activities at our Fun Week programme in the school holidays at Willink Leisure Centre Reading. This will include delivering a variety of sports games to a high standard catering for all children of mixed ability aged between 5 and 12 years of age. The daily programme will include activities delivered from our schedule which aim to have a positive impact on young children.
The sessions will range from Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building and Arts and Crafts.

- Has a keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children.
- Has experience working at childrens holiday camps and/or a childcare setting.
- Demonstrates willingness to develop their skills and general practice.
- Punctual Reliable & Committed.
- Has experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children.
- Strong communication & organisational skills.
- Able to interact well with staff parents/carers and children.
- Clean UK drivers license.
- Experience and/or willingness to deliver other activities during our Fun Week provision such as Arts and Crafts Multi-Sports.
- Completed appropriate courses at Sixth Form College or University.
- Manage and motivate your team to ensure they are delivering the programme to a high standard.
- Liaise with parents/carers the staffing team and the Directors on a regular basis.
- Ensure sessions delivered are challenging realistic & fun for primary-aged children.
- Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care.
- Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
