• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE essential.
• Proven experience teaching Design & Technology in a Senior School environment.
• Strong understanding of 3D Design, Engineering and design software/tools.
• Experience in curriculum leadership or a genuine desire to take on a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills.
• A passion for inspiring young people through creative, practical learning experiences.

• Lead and inspire the Design & Technology department, driving innovation and excellence.
• Plan, implement and deliver a broad, balanced and adaptive Design & Technology curriculum.
• Teach across Design & Technology, 3D Design and Engineering at Senior School level.
• Support students’ academic and personal development as a form tutor.
• Promote high standards of behaviour and engagement through creative, purposeful teaching.
• Monitor student progress and attainment, ensuring all learners reach their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the Senior School.
