To start as soon as possible, we’re looking for an HLTA Reading to instil a love of reading in pupils and to raise the standards of reading ages throughout the academy. About this role
:
We are seeking an HLTA Reading who can support the learning of individual pupils within the classroom in all subjects when needed and within the library. The post would also suit applicants who wish to gain experience of working with pupils in an academy setting prior to training as a teacher or pursuing other career options.

Responsibilities include supporting pupils in classroom and library, fostering a love of reading, and contributing to the academy’s mission to transform learning and to build confidence in pupils.
