- Taking responsibility for key leadership priorities across teaching, learning and attainment

- Using data effectively to drive progress and positive outcomes for all pupils
- Contributing to a strong, inclusive and aspirational school culture
- An established leader within a primary school (or an experienced middle leader ready to step up)
- QTS with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and school improvement
- Confident in monitoring, evaluation and staff development
- Passionate about inclusive education and pupil achievement
