Learning Support Assistant – Reading
A new role has recently become available in Reading. You will mainly support learners who struggle to keep up with their school work and help create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for students to thrive both academically and personally.
Responsibilities- Support learners who struggle to keep up with school work.
- Facilitate a fun, friendly, and safe environment for students.
- Provide general classroom support to the teacher, including managing behaviour, lesson preparation, keeping the class tidy, and listening to students read and practice phonics.
- Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
- Personality is most important; confident, bubbly, and compassionate candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Individuals working towards a career in psychology, education, or a related field are most welcome.
- Primary School – Reading
- £85 – £100 per day (term time only)
- Small class sizes
