Job Description:

Reeson Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher to lead a Year 2 class in a friendly, supportive primary school in the M34 area. This full-time, long-term Primary Teacher role is ideal for a dedicated educator with 2-4 years of KS1 teaching experience who is committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. The role is available for the rest of the school year and offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

Teach a Year 2 class in accordance with the KS1 curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Support the assessment, monitoring, and reporting of pupil progress.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent and effective teaching.
Act as a supportive and inspiring Primary Teacher role model for pupils.

Requirements for the Primary Teacher:

Minimum 2-4 years teaching experience in KS1.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Ability to deliver engaging lessons and differentiate learning appropriately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to a full-time, long-term Primary Teacher role.
