Shape Academy. The successful candidate will reside within a commutable distance of our UK Head Office.

Shape solutions grows, we need a dedicated specialist to build strong partnerships with distributors and customers. Your mission is to deliver world‑class training and consulting that empowers users to achieve success in sales and customer service.

• Deliver training, consultancy, and guidance to 3
  
  Shape distributors and customers across the UK.
• Provide education on the 3
  
  Shape Dental System laboratory software through classroom sessions, webinars, and remote training.
• Travel nationally and occasionally internationally to support major events, shows, and conferences.
• Develop training courses, materials, FAQs and other learning resources.
• Gather valuable market feedback and relay insights to 3
  
  Shape R&D.

• Dental laboratory background is essential—for example, Clinical Dental Technician or Dental Technician.
• Strong understanding of the workflows and needs of clinics and laboratories.
• Ideally, experience using the 3
  
  Shape Dental System.
• Experience delivering training on complex technical solutions is an advantage.
• Genuine interest in new technologies; experience with dental CAD/CAM is ideal.
• Strong sense of responsibility with a desire to make a meaningful impact for customers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and confidently.
• Creative and detail‑oriented, particularly when developing training materials and documentation.
• Positive, service‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Full UK driver’s licence required.
