Johnsons Hotel Linen, which specialises in supplying the corporate 4‑star market and the budget hotel sector is seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Customer Service Administrator in a busy and challenging environment.

• Answering all incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Keying in customer requirements for deliveries.
• Ensuring delivery paperwork is in place where appropriate.
• Outbound calling to customers.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Ensuring excellent communication with the external service team.
• Keeping accurate records for customer requests and responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Adhering to strictest confidentiality standards with regards to all Company financial and salary matters.
• Taking ownership of customer issues, resolving and feeding back to the customer.
• Complying with relevant Health & Safety legislation.
• Ensuring your workspace is clean and tidy at all times and equipment is maintained in good working order.
• To foster and maintain good working relations throughout the site.

Other ad hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days per week.

You must enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrate excellent communication skills gained within a customer service environment. Good numeracy and Excel skills are a must for this role, as are IT literacy in Word and Excel and an aptitude for learning new IT systems.
