Responsibilities

Customer Service Advisor

Location: Reading – Hybrid working pattern

Salary: £30,000

: 1203CS

Main duties:

  • To work closely with the sales operation team and offering excellent customer service to clients
  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person to provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Process quotes and customer orders and update records
  • Prepare simple weekly reports for customers and the sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and multi skill when required
Candidate's Profile
  • Customer focused with great admin/account management skills
  • Experience in the defence/security or high-tech industries – Ideal
  • Strong communicator and telephone manner
  • Outgoing, confident and motivated candidate
  • IT literate
