Location: Reading – Hybrid working pattern
Salary: £30,000

Main duties:
- To work closely with the sales operation team and offering excellent customer service to clients
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person to provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Process quotes and customer orders and update records
- Prepare simple weekly reports for customers and the sales team
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Provide general administrative support to the office and multi skill when required
- Customer focused with great admin/account management skills
- Experience in the defence/security or high-tech industries – Ideal
- Strong communicator and telephone manner
- Outgoing, confident and motivated candidate
- IT literate
