About the jobWe’re looking for a highly organised, calm and detail-driven Production Coordinator to support our growing production team.
This role sits at the heart of our projects. You’ll work closely with producers, creatives and freelancers to keep shoots and post‑production running smoothly - making sure nothing slips, nothing is missed, and everyone has what they need to do great work.
Nicely Done is a high‑end video and animation agency based in central Reading. We work with brands including Amazon Business, Vodafone and Canon across internal comms, branded content, explainers, interviews and social campaigns. Quality and reliability matter here - especially behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing- Supporting producers across multiple projects from brief through to delivery
- Scheduling shoots, edit timelines and key milestones
- Booking crew, freelancers, kit and locations
- Booking travel and accommodation for crew
- Creating and managing call sheets, shoot schedules and production documents
- Tracking deliverables, feedback rounds and approvals
- Coordinating post‑production workflows and deadlines
- Managing media handovers, file naming, versioning and deliveries
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Helping keep productions calm, organised and on track
- 1–3 years’ experience in a production coordination or production assistant role
- Strong organisational skills and obsessive attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Confident communicator - clear, calm and professional
- Solid working knowledge of video production workflows.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, spreadsheets and project trackers
- Proactive, dependable and solutions-focused
- Team‑first mindset - you’re there to support and assist the team
- Full UK driving licence (useful for shoot logistics)
- Experience working in a video, animation or creative agency
- Familiarity with post‑production workflows and delivery specs
- Experience using production management tools
- Confidence handling call sheets, crew travel, risk assessments and releases
- Basic understanding of camera and edit workflows (helpful, not essential)

Location & Setup- Full‑time, permanent role
- Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in our Reading office (1 minute from the station), remainder remote
