Experience in Lime Mortar (Preferred)
Experience in all Pointing Styles (Preferred)
Experience in all Brickwork Bonds (Preferred)

About The Role:

The role will involve leading our site teams to deliver a variety of new build projects across all industry sectors involving high-specification brickwork and stonework.

You will work alongside our clients management team throughout our clients projects, where you will be responsible for the following:

Complying with the latest Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
Managing and supervising all members of our site team while ensuring our project-specific RAMS are always being adhered to.
Maintaining and delivering the highest level of quality at all times and assisting our Project Manager with any quality records when required.
Ensuring agreed programme durations, time frames and deadlines are met at a minimum.
Reviewing and understanding the latest design information, querying details where necessary, and identifying changes in drawing/document revisions.
Liaising with our client’s site management teams in a friendly and professional manner.
What you need to succeed:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Foreman role for the type of projects our clients New Build Division specialises in.
All applicants should be passionate about their trade, hard-working, show excellent attention to detail, and be able to give and take instructions.
You will also need to be organised, reliable, computer literate, a great communicator, and have fantastic leadership skills
