Reginald Gray is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established principal contractor with a £30M turnover. The business operates across sectors including private and public residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and leisure.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets
- Monitor financial performance and ensure value for money
- Manage commercial aspects of projects, including contracts and procurement
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure financial control
- Proven experience as a Senior QS on multi-sector projects
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
