The Opportunity:

Due to our continuing success of our existing Project Management team and our continuing expansion, we are now on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual who is looking to develop their career within a commercial project management environment. If you are seeking to progress your Project Management career this is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and dynamic team.

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of projects
• Building relationships with clients
• Development of project documentation and reporting
• Attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate
• Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
• Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
• Assisting with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
• Assisting with conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc
• Monitoring and reporting on contractor’s progress on site
• Supporting the team in developing new business opportunities
• Supporting the team managing existing client relationships
• Developing skills that will enable you to provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with clients

• Construction project management experience is essential
• Experience using Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project
• Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered
• Experience of delivering presentations
• Excellent communication skills to have gravitas with senior professionals
• Experience in report writing

We are looking for a team worker, who is outgoing, proactive, and personable. You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to complete projects to agreed timelines.

• Diploma/BSc/MSc in project management
• You will ideally be working (or considering to work) towards achieving one of the qualifications below:
• MRICS
• MCIOB
• MAPM
• PRINCE2
