Are you an experienced Site Manager or Construction Manager looking for your next opportunity on a high-profile, secure site?

We’re supporting a leading principal contractor renowned for delivering complex decommissioning, demolition, and environmental services across highly regulated sectors - including nuclear, defence, and industrial. They are seeking a skilled professional to support works on a secure and technically challenging site.

This role is suited to someone with a strong background in managing construction or civils projects within secure or high-compliance environments. You'll take ownership of on-site coordination, safety, and progress, ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Active SC Clearance

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

Black CSCS Managers Card with NVQ Level 6 in Site Management (or equivalent)

Proven experience in managing construction activities in a complex/regulated environment

Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills

Health and safety conscious, with knowledge of construction compliance protocols

Degree, HND, HNC, ONC, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent

Additional safety accreditations (e.g., CCNSG Safety Passport)
