Passive Fire Surveyor Temporary

Passive Fire Surveyor – Fire Doors & Fire Stopping
South of England | £40,000 – £50,000

We are working with a well-established passive fire protection contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Passive Fire Surveyor to cover projects across the South of England.

This role will involve surveying both fire doors and fire stopping, across a range of occupied buildings including social housing, residential blocks, and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, carrying out detailed surveys, and producing clear, compliant reports.

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertaking fire door and fire stopping surveys across multiple sites

* Identifying non-compliances and specifying remedial actions

* Carrying out both visual and intrusive surveys where required

* Recording findings accurately using digital reporting systems

* Producing clear, well-structured survey reports

* Liaising with site teams and clients to support project delivery

Requirements:

* Proven experience surveying fire doors and/or fire stopping

* Strong understanding of passive fire compliance and regulations

* Experience working within social housing and occupied environments

* Confident using reporting software and digital systems

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of England

Package:

* Salary between £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

* Company vehicle or car allowance
