A reputable contractor in the UK is urgently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team on a significant residential project in the Reading area. The successful candidate will be responsible for full commercial management of the project while also supporting pre-construction for additional projects. Candidates must have experience in principal contractor roles and an understanding of JCT contracts.
This is a permanent role with a competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £100,000.
