Quantity Surveyor

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing housing partnerships contractor delivering residential schemes across the South East. This role offers exposure to multiple live projects, long-term frameworks and a stable pipeline of work within a collaborative, forward-thinking business.

• Managing the commercial delivery of residential partnership projects.
• Preparing budgets, forecasts and cost plans.
• Procuring subcontract packages and managing supply chain relationships.
• Assessing valuations, variations and payment applications.
• Completing monthly CVRs and commercial reporting.
• Supporting final accounts and project close-out.
• Working closely with site, technical and client-side teams.

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment.
• Background in residential, housing or partnership-led projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost control, procurement and reporting.
• Confident communicator with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Organised, commercially aware and detail focused.
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience.
