The Multiskilled Foreman will oversee day‑to‑day site operations on residential refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, and to a high standard. This is a non‑working supervisory role
, responsible for coordinating trades, managing quality, and carrying out detailed snagging inspections before handover.

• Supervise daily site activities across multiple refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate and support trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure works are completed to specification, programme, and quality standards.
• Carry out thorough snagging inspections and manage the close‑out process.
• Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and escalate where required.
• Keep accurate site records, reports, and updates for the Project/Contracts Manager.
• Assist with inductions, toolbox talks, and site briefings.
• Act as the main on‑site point of contact for operational queries.

• Experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead Operative in residential refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of multiple trades and construction processes.
• Excellent snagging and quality‑control skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Good knowledge of health & safety requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain site discipline.
