Role: Nursery Assistant / Unqualified Nursery Practitioner
Location: Cedar Park Day Nursery | Twyford | RG10 9PP
Contract: Permanent | 37.540 hours per week | 52 weeks per year
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, varied shifts between 7:30am-6:30pm | Choose a 4- or 5-day week
Salary: £25,708.80 per annum (pro rata) | £12.36 per hour

You don’t need a qualification for this role; what matters most is your passion for working with children.
You Might Be Someone Who- Enjoys inspiring and caring for babies and young children aged five and under
- Has some experience working with children, ideally in an early years setting
- Has an understanding of child development and, ideally, the EYFS, allowing you to work as a Key Person
- Enjoys planning and delivering engaging activities that support learning through play
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing at all times
- Works well as part of a team and communicates confidently with children, parents and colleagues
