A childcare provider in Reading is seeking an enthusiastic Room Leader for their nursery. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years qualification and experience in early years settings, focusing on leadership and child development. Responsibilities include planning activities, observing children's progress, and supporting a positive team environment.
This role offers competitive hourly rates of £13-£14.90, working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, which provides a great work-life balance.
