As an Assistant Nursery Manager, we offer a salary of £30,000 per annum

As the Assistant Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee day-to-day activities and provide exemplary care to our children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Establishing strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication.
• Supporting the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns promptly, reporting to the Regional Manager.
• Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare and fostering positive working relationships.
• Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring high standards of health and safety.

Minimum requirements: Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Nursery Manager.
