A leading children's activity provider in Reading seeks an Early Years Leader to oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme. This role involves engaging children in structured sports, arts, and crafts activities while ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements. You will work collaboratively with the Camp Manager and the Early Years team to provide a nurturing environment for 4- and 5-year-olds.
